باستخدام ماري توافق على هذه الشروط. ماري منصة لعرض الإعلانات وربط البائع بالمشتري فقط؛ لا تبيع المنتجات ولا تستقبل أو تضمن المدفوعات حاليًا.
1. الحساب والتصفح
يمكن لأي شخص تصفح الإعلانات دون حساب. يتاح تسجيل Google على الويب وفي تطبيق iPhone، كما يتاح تسجيل Apple داخل تطبيق iPhone. ولا توفر ماري تسجيلًا مستقلًا بالبريد وكلمة المرور أو رابط البريد. يلزم تسجيل الدخول للنشر أو استخدام الميزات الشخصية، وعلى صاحب الحساب حماية وسائل الدخول وعدم مشاركة رمز التحقق.
2. قواعد الإعلان
يجب تعبئة جميع الحقول المطلوبة والمواصفات المنظمة بمعلومات صحيحة وحديثة.
يحتوي الإعلان على صورتين إلى 10 صور للمنتج نفسه، ولا يُسمح بالفيديو.
يُمنح كل إعلان رقمًا فريدًا عشوائيًا من 12 حرفًا ورقمًا.
يسمح للحساب العادي بإرسال خمسة إعلانات كحد أقصى خلال أي نافذة متحركة مدتها 24 ساعة. للتاجر الموثق حد أمان أعلى تحدده إعدادات المنصة.
قسم المكملات الغذائية متاح للتاجر الموثق فقط، ويشترط منتجًا جديدًا ومختومًا مصنعياً وبيانات صلاحية وتشغيلة صحيحة، ويحال الإعلان للمراجعة اليدوية.
يُمنع المحتوى غير القانوني أو المضلل أو المنسوخ أو الذي ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
يتحمل الناشر مسؤولية امتلاك المنتج أو صلاحية عرضه والحق في استخدام صوره ونصوصه.
3. مدة الإعلان والتعديل
يبقى الإعلان المنشور فعالًا لمدة 30 يومًا من تاريخ اعتماده، ثم تنتهي صلاحيته ويُزال من العرض العام. يمكن تعديل السعر والوصف والصور ضمن الضوابط، وقد يعاد فحص المحتوى بعد التعديل.
4. التواصل والصفقات
يتم التواصل عبر WhatsApp بنص تلقائي يتضمن معلومات الإعلان ورقمه. لا توجد دردشة داخلية. أي تفاوض أو معاينة أو دفع أو تسليم يتم خارج ماري وعلى مسؤولية أطراف الصفقة.
5. المراجعة والتبليغ
قد تُفحص النصوص والصور آليًا ويُحال المحتوى المشبوه لمراجعة بشرية. يمكن للمستخدمين التبليغ عن إعلان. يحق للإدارة إخفاء إعلان أو حذفه، أو طلب معلومات إضافية، أو رفضه عند مخالفة القواعد.
6. الحسابات التجارية والترويج
توثيق الحساب التجاري يتم يدويًا، وعلامة التوثيق لا تمثل ضمانًا للمنتج أو للصفقة. يمكن للإدارة ترويج إعلان لمدة محددة، ويجب أن يظهر الترويج بوضوح للمستخدم.
7. الحظر والإجراءات الإدارية
يجوز تعليق الحساب مؤقتًا أو حظره نهائيًا وحذف منشور واحد أو جميع منشوراته عند المخالفة. حظر الجهاز بسبب المخالفات المتكررة لا يتم كقرار آلي نهائي، بل بقرار بشري موثق وفق الأدلة المتاحة.
8. المحتوى المحظور
يُمنع منعًا باتًا نشر أو عرض أو الترويج للأدوية والعلاجات والهرمونات والمنشطات، ومستحضرات التجميل والكريمات والمراهم والعطور، والدخان والسجائر والتبغ والمعسل، والكحول، والحشيش والمخدرات والمواد الخاضعة للرقابة.
تُحال الإعلانات التي تتضمن أسلحة أو ذخيرة أو معداتها وقطعها، أو مؤشرات على أي من المواد المحظورة أعلاه، إلى مراجعة بشرية قبل عرضها. وقد تُرفض ويُتخذ إجراء بحق الإعلان أو الحساب وفق المخالفة. كما يُحظر الاحتيال وانتحال الهوية والتهديد وخطاب الكراهية والمواد الخطرة أو المسروقة، وجمع البيانات دون إذن، ومحاولة تجاوز الحماية أو حدود الطلبات أو App Check.
يتحمل الناشر وحده المسؤولية القانونية عن محاولته عرض محتوى محظور، ولا تتحمل ماري تبعات مخالفته لهذه الشروط أو للقانون، وذلك دون إخلال بأي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تسعى ماري إلى تشغيل خدمة آمنة، لكنها لا تضمن دقة كل إعلان أو توفر المنتج أو أهلية الأطراف أو نتيجة الصفقة. افحص المنتج والوثائق قبل الالتزام، ولا تحول المال بناءً على الإعلان وحده.
10. التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط عند إضافة ميزات جديدة، بما فيها الدفع مستقبلًا. ستخضع أي خدمة دفع لشروط وإفصاحات منفصلة قبل تفعيلها.
By using Mari, you agree to these terms. Mari displays listings and connects sellers with buyers; it does not sell items or receive or guarantee payments at this time.
1. Accounts and browsing
Anyone may browse without an account. Google sign-in is available on the web and in the iPhone app, and Apple sign-in is also available in the iPhone app. Mari does not offer separate email/password or email-link sign-in. Sign-in is required to publish or use personal features. Account holders must protect access methods and never share verification codes.
2. Listing rules
All required fields and structured specifications must contain accurate and current information.
A listing must include 2–10 images of the item; video is not allowed.
Each listing receives a unique random 12-character alphanumeric number.
A regular account may submit no more than five listings in any rolling 24-hour window. Verified merchants have a higher safety cap controlled by platform settings.
Dietary supplements are available only to verified merchants, must be new and factory sealed with valid expiry and batch data, and are routed to manual review.
Illegal, misleading, copied, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
The publisher is responsible for the right to offer the item and use its text and images.
3. Duration and editing
A published listing remains active for 30 days after approval, then expires and is removed from public display. Price, description, and images may be edited within the rules and may be screened again.
4. Contact and transactions
Contact occurs through WhatsApp using a prepared message with listing details and number. There is no internal chat. Negotiation, inspection, payment, and delivery happen outside Mari at the parties’ responsibility.
5. Review and reports
Text and images may be screened automatically, with suspicious material sent to human review. Users may report listings. Mari may hide, reject or remove content, or ask for more information when rules are breached.
6. Business accounts and promotion
Business verification is manual and does not guarantee an item or transaction. Administrators may promote a listing for a defined period, and promotion must be clearly marked.
7. Enforcement
Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked, and one or all listings may be removed. A repeated-violation device block is not a final automated decision; it requires a documented human decision based on available evidence.
8. Prohibited content
Medicines, therapeutic products, hormones, stimulants, cosmetics, creams, ointments, fragrances, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, narcotics, and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
Listings containing weapons, ammunition, related equipment or parts, or indicators of any prohibited material above are routed to human review before public display. They may be rejected and action may be taken against the listing or account. Fraud, impersonation, threats, hate, dangerous or stolen items, unauthorized data collection, and attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or App Check are also prohibited.
The publisher remains legally responsible for attempting to offer prohibited content. Mari is not responsible for consequences arising from the publisher’s breach of these terms or applicable law, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability limits
Mari aims to provide a secure service but cannot guarantee every listing, item availability, party identity, or transaction outcome. Inspect the item and documents before committing, and do not transfer money based on a listing alone.
10. Changes
These terms may change as features are added, including future payments. Any payment service will have separate terms and disclosures before activation.
