قبل الشراء
قارن السعر بحالة السوق؛ السعر غير الواقعي قد يكون علامة احتيال.
اطلب صورًا وتفاصيل واضحة، وتحقق من رقم الإعلان في رسالة WhatsApp.
افحص المنتج والوثائق والرقم التسلسلي في مكان آمن قبل الدفع.
في العقارات والمركبات، تحقق من الملكية والوثائق لدى الجهة المختصة.
الدفع والتسليم
ماري لا تجمع المدفوعات ولا توفر وسيط ضمان حاليًا. تجنب التحويل المسبق لشخص مجهول، ولا تدفع رسومًا لفتح رابط أو لاستلام جائزة. اختر مكانًا عامًا وآمنًا للمعاينة، واصطحب شخصًا موثوقًا عند الحاجة.
حماية الحساب
لا تشارك رمز تسجيل الدخول أو رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة مع أي شخص، حتى لو ادعى أنه من فريق ماري.
لا ترسل كلمة مرور البريد أو بيانات البطاقة أو صورة وثيقة حساسة عبر الرسائل.
استخدم جهازًا موثوقًا، وسجّل الخروج من الأجهزة المشتركة، وراجع أي نشاط غير معتاد فورًا.
WhatsApp والروابط الخارجية
اقرأ الرسالة التلقائية قبل إرسالها وتأكد أن رقم الإعلان مطابق. لا تفتح ملفات أو روابط غير متوقعة، ولا تثبت تطبيقات يرسلها طرف مجهول. التواصل على WhatsApp يخضع أيضًا لضوابط تلك الخدمة.
الموقع والخصوصية
تحديد الدبوس اختياري لجميع الإعلانات. إذا اخترته فستظهر النقطة عند فتح قسم الخريطة بعد موافقتك على سياسة الخصوصية؛ وإذا لم تختره فتعرض ماري المنطقة أو المحافظة المكتوبة فقط. لا تحدد عنوان منزلك عندما لا يكون ذلك ضروريًا، واتفق على نقطة لقاء آمنة عند الإمكان.
المنتجات الصحية
لا تشترِ أو تنشر أدوية أو علاجات أو مستحضرات تجميل أو عطور عبر ماري. المكملات الغذائية لا ينشرها إلا تاجر موثق، ويجب أن تكون جديدة ومختومة وبصلاحية وتشغيلة واضحتين، ومع ذلك تبقى مسؤولية فحص المنتج والملصق على المشتري.
التبليغ والمراجعة
استخدم زر التبليغ عند الاشتباه في تضليل أو منتج محظور أو انتحال. تحتفظ الإدارة بمعلومات البلاغ للمراجعة البشرية، وقد تخفي الإعلان أو تحظر الحساب أو الجهاز بقرار بشري عند تكرار المخالفات.
في حالة الخطر
أوقف التواصل ولا ترسل أي مال أو بيانات إضافية. احتفظ برقم الإعلان والرسائل والأدلة، وقدّم بلاغًا داخل المنصة. إذا كان هناك تهديد مباشر أو جريمة، تواصل مع الجهة المختصة في منطقتك.
Mari is a listings-only platform. Do not send money or sensitive information before verifying the item and the other party. A listing or verification badge does not replace personal inspection.
Before buying
Compare the price with the market; an unrealistic price may signal fraud.
Ask for clear photos and details, and verify the listing number in the WhatsApp message.
Inspect the item, documents, and serial number in a safe place before paying.
For property and vehicles, verify ownership and documents with the relevant authority.
Payment and delivery
Mari does not collect payments or currently offer escrow. Avoid advance transfers to strangers and never pay a fee to open a link or claim a prize. Meet in a safe public place and bring someone you trust when appropriate.
Protect your account
Never share a sign-in or one-time verification code, even with someone claiming to work for Mari.
Do not send email passwords, card details, or sensitive identity documents in messages.
Use a trusted device, sign out of shared devices, and review unusual activity immediately.
WhatsApp and external links
Read the prepared message before sending and confirm the listing number. Do not open unexpected files or links, and do not install apps sent by strangers. WhatsApp contact is also governed by that service’s rules.
Location and privacy
The map pin is optional for every listing. If you select it, the point appears when a visitor opens the Map section after your privacy-policy consent; otherwise Mari shows only the written area or governorate. Avoid selecting your home address when it is unnecessary, and arrange a safe meeting point where possible.
Health-related products
Do not buy or publish medicines, therapeutic products, cosmetics, or fragrances through Mari. Dietary supplements may be listed only by verified merchants and must be new, sealed, and show clear expiry and batch information; buyers remain responsible for inspecting the item and label.
Reports and review
Use the report button for misleading content, prohibited items, or impersonation. Reports are retained for human review. Mari may hide a listing or block an account or device through a human decision when violations recur.
When danger is involved
Stop communicating and send no money or additional data. Keep the listing number, messages, and evidence, and file a report in Mari. For an immediate threat or crime, contact the appropriate authority in your area.
