بيان مهم عن موقع الإعلان وخدمات Google

تحديد نقطة الإعلان على الخريطة اختياري لجميع الأقسام والحسابات. يمكنك الاكتفاء بالمحافظة وكتابة المنطقة أو العنوان يدويًا. تستخدم ماري Google Maps لعرض الخريطة وGoogle Places للبحث الاختياري عن الأماكن. لا يُرسل نص البحث عن المكان إلى Google إلا عندما تبدأ البحث بنفسك؛ وعندها قد تُرسل معه المنطقة التقريبية أو مركز الخريطة بوصفه تفضيلًا لترتيب النتائج القريبة. لا تطلب ماري موقع الجهاز إلا عندما تضغط صراحة على «موقعي الحالي» أو خيار مماثل.

نتيجة Google Places مؤقتة داخل جلسة الاختيار وتُستخدم لتحريك الخريطة فقط؛ لا تُحفظ تلقائيًا بوصفها اسمًا أو عنوانًا أو إحداثيات أو موقع إعلان. لا تعتمد ماري موقع الإعلان إلا بعد أن تضغط بنفسك على الخريطة أو تطلب استخدام موقع الجهاز. عندها تُحفظ النقطة التي اخترتها في سجل محمي منفصل، وتظهر للزوار فقط عند فتح قسم الخريطة في الإعلان بعد موافقتك الصريحة. يخضع استخدام هذه الميزات لـشروط Google Maps وسياسة خصوصية Google.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• معرّف حساب Google والبريد والبيانات التي يسمح بها المستخدم عند الدخول باستخدام Google عبر الويب أو تطبيق iPhone، أو معرّف Apple والبيانات التي يسمح بها المستخدم عند الدخول باستخدام Apple داخل تطبيق iPhone. لا توفر ماري دخولًا مستقلًا بالبريد وكلمة المرور أو رابط البريد.
• اسم العرض ورقم الجوال الدولي اختياريان. يُحفظ رقم الجوال في ملف خاص بوصفه غير متحقق، ولا يظهر للعامة أو يستخدم لتسجيل الدخول ما دامت ميزة التحقق مغلقة. أما رقم WhatsApp الذي يضعه الناشر في الإعلان للتواصل فهو جزء عام من الإعلان ويظهر للمستخدمين.
• لا نفرض اسم حساب Google كاسم عرض داخل المنصة.
• بيانات الإعلان الإلزامية والصور والسعر والوصف والتصنيف والمواصفات المنظمة والمنطقة المكتوبة ورقم الإعلان، وكذلك الإحداثيات الدقيقة إذا اختار الناشر تثبيت دبوس على الخريطة.
• التبليغات وقرارات المراجعة وإشارات الأمان التقنية اللازمة لمنع الروبوتات والإساءة وتحديد عدد الطلبات.
• قائمة خاصة بمعرّفات البائعين الذين تختار حظرهم لمزامنة الحظر بين أجهزتك وإخفاء محتواهم. لا تظهر هذه القائمة للبائع ولا تتضمن نصًا حرًا.
• إعدادات اللغة والمظهر وموافقة ملفات الارتباط المحفوظة على جهازك.

2. صورة الحساب

يمكن رفع صورة حساب خاصة، أو اختيار تصميم افتراضي، أو استخدام الأحرف الأولى للاسم، أو إظهار صورة حساب Google عند الربط. تُقص الصورة وتُضغط وتُزال بياناتها الوصفية داخل جهازك قبل الرفع حيثما يدعم الجهاز ذلك.

3. لماذا نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب وتأمينه، ونشر الإعلانات وعرضها والبحث فيها، وتمكين التواصل مع البائع، وإدارة البلاغات والتوثيق التجاري والترويج، ومكافحة الاحتيال، وتحسين موثوقية المنصة.

4. فحص المحتوى

قد تُفحص النصوص والصور آليًا لاكتشاف المحتوى المخالف أو المشبوه. لا يُتخذ القرار البشري الحساس اعتمادًا على الفحص الآلي وحده؛ يُحال المحتوى المشبوه إلى مراجعة بشرية قبل الإجراءات الإدارية المهمة متى كان ذلك ممكنًا.

5. البحث الذكي

عند استخدام خانة البحث، قد تعالج ماري عبارة البحث وحقول الإعلان العامة نصيًا عبر Gemini Embedding داخل Google Vertex AI لفهم المقصود وترتيب الإعلانات الأقرب. تُزال أنماط البريد الإلكتروني وأرقام الاتصال من النص قبل هذه المعالجة، ولا نرسل هوية صاحب الحساب أو بياناته الخاصة أو وسائل تواصله، ولا نستخدم Gemini للمحادثة أو للإجابة عن موضوعات خارج إعلانات ماري. قد يتيح متصفح مدعوم مساعدًا اختياريًا إضافيًا يعيد ترتيب النتائج محليًا على الجهاز. تبقى قواعد التصنيف والحجب والترويج داخل خوادم ماري، ويعود البحث تلقائيًا إلى المطابقة العادية إذا كانت الخدمة غير متاحة أو بلغ حد التكلفة الشهري.

6. مشاركة البيانات

لا تبيع ماري بيانات المستخدمين. قد نعالج البيانات عبر خدمات Google وFirebase وreCAPTCHA اللازمة للتشغيل والحماية والنسخ الاحتياطي، أو نكشف قدرًا لازمًا امتثالًا لطلب قانوني صحيح. عند الضغط على WhatsApp تنتقل إلى خدمة خارجية تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

يبقى الإعلان المنشور فعالًا لمدة 30 يومًا من تاريخ اعتماده، ثم تنتهي صلاحيته ويُزال من العرض العام وفق حالته. عند طلب حذف الحساب، يُخفى الحساب وإعلاناته فورًا ويُحفظ سجل الحساب الخاص في «الحسابات المحذوفة» لمدة 30 يومًا فقط. يمكن استعادة الحساب نفسه خلال هذه المهلة بمجرد تسجيل الدخول مجددًا. بعد انقضاء المهلة تُحذف هوية الحساب وبياناته المرتبطة نهائيًا، ويبقى فقط ما يلزم من سجل تقني غير معرّف لإثبات اكتمال العملية أو ما يفرضه طلب قانوني صحيح.

8. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

نستخدم التخزين الضروري لحفظ اللغة والمظهر وحالة الموافقة وتشغيل التطبيق القابل للتثبيت وجلسة Firebase. لا تخزن ماري كلمات مرور أو بيانات دخول بريد مستقلة. كما نستخدم Firebase App Check مع reCAPTCHA Enterprise كإجراء أمني ضروري للتحقق من أن الطلبات صادرة عن المنصة والحد من الروبوتات والإساءة؛ وقد تعالج Google إشارات تقنية للمخاطر وتضع ملف ارتباط أمنيًا ضروريًا لهذا الغرض. تعمل هذه الحماية سواء اخترت «الضرورية فقط» أو سمحت بالتحليلات.

لا تُحمّل ماري Google Analytics 4 إلا بعد اختيار «السماح بالتحليلات» صراحة. عند السماح قد تعالج Google مسار الصفحة من دون عبارة البحث أو بيانات النموذج، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والمنطقة التقريبية، ومشاهدات الصفحات. لا نرسل رقم الهاتف أو نص الإعلان الحر أو الموقع الدقيق أو معرّف الحساب إلى التحليلات، ونعطّل إشارات الإعلانات والتخصيص. لا تُنشأ ملفات _ga و_ga_* إلا بعد القبول، وتُضبط لتنتهي خلال 60 يومًا؛ ويمكنك سحب الموافقة في أي وقت، وعندها تحذف ماري ملفات التحليلات التي يمكنها الوصول إليها من هذا النطاق. تعرّف على كيفية استخدام Google للبيانات عند استعمال مواقع شركائها. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت أدناه.

9. الحماية والأمان

نستخدم اتصال HTTPS/TLS، وضوابط وصول وقواعد Firebase وApp Check والتحقق من الهوية وتحديد الطلبات وسجلات المراجعة. لا توجد خدمة إلكترونية خالية تمامًا من المخاطر، ولذلك نراجع الضوابط ونحدّثها باستمرار.

10. حقوقك وخياراتك

يمكنك تعديل بيانات حسابك وإعلاناتك، وحظر بائع أو إلغاء حظره من إعدادات الحساب، وبدء حذف حسابك مباشرة من قسم «حسابي» داخل التطبيق أو المنصة دون انتظار قناة الدعم. يوضح لك المنتج مهلة الاستعادة البالغة 30 يومًا قبل تأكيد الطلب، ويؤدي تسجيل الدخول خلالها إلى إلغاء الطلب واستعادة الحساب نفسه. لا يستطيع سوى المدير الرئيسي الوصول إلى السجل المؤقت خلال المهلة. ويمكن طلب تصحيح البيانات عبر قناة الدعم الرسمية.

11. تحديث السياسة

قد تتغير هذه السياسة عند إضافة خدمات مثل الدفع أو تطبيقات المتاجر. سنعرض تاريخ التحديث ونقدم إشعارًا مناسبًا عند حدوث تغيير جوهري.

Important listing-location and Google services notice

Selecting a map point is optional for every category and account. You may publish using the governorate and a manually entered area or address. Mari uses Google Maps to display maps and Google Places for optional place search. A place-search query is sent to Google only when you start that search; an approximate region or the visible map center may accompany it as a ranking bias for nearby results. Mari requests device location only when you explicitly choose “My current location” or an equivalent action.

A Google Places result is transient within the picker session and is used only to move the map. It is not automatically saved as a place name, address, coordinate, or listing location. Mari adopts a listing location only after you explicitly tap the map or request device location. The point you choose is then stored in a separate protected record and shown to visitors only when they open the listing’s Map section, after your explicit consent. These features are governed by the Google Maps Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

1. Data we collect

• The Google account identifier, email, and data the user permits when signing in with Google on the web or in the iPhone app, or the Apple identifier and data the user permits when signing in with Apple in the iPhone app. Mari does not offer separate email/password or email-link sign-in.
• A display name and international mobile number are optional. The account mobile number is kept in a private profile as unverified; it is not public and is not used for sign-in while phone verification is locked. A WhatsApp number supplied by a publisher for listing contact is public listing information and is shown to users.
• Your Google account name is not forced as your Mari display name.
• Required listing fields, images, price, description, category, structured specifications, written area, and listing number, plus precise coordinates if the publisher chooses to place a map pin.
• Reports, moderation decisions, and technical security signals needed to stop bots, abuse, and excessive requests.
• A private list of seller identifiers you choose to block, used to sync blocking across your devices and hide their content. The list is not shown to sellers and contains no free-form text.
• Language, theme, and cookie choices stored on your device.

2. Profile image

You may upload a profile image, choose a supplied design, use name initials, or show a linked Google account picture. Where supported, the image is cropped, compressed, and stripped of metadata on your device before upload.

3. How data is used

We use data to create and protect accounts, publish and search listings, support seller contact, manage reports, business verification and promotion, prevent fraud, and improve platform reliability.

4. Content screening

Text and images may be screened automatically for suspicious or prohibited content. Sensitive human-impact decisions are not intended to rely on automated screening alone; flagged content is routed to human review where appropriate.

5. Smart search

When you use the search field, Mari may process the query and public listing fields as text through Gemini Embedding in Google Vertex AI to understand intent and rank the closest listings. Email-address and contact-number patterns are removed before this processing. We do not send the account holder's identity, private account data, or contact channels, and Gemini is not used for chat or to answer topics outside Mari listings. A supported browser may also offer an optional assistant that further ranks results locally on the device. Category, blocking, and promotion rules remain within Mari's servers, and search automatically falls back to ordinary matching when the service is unavailable or the monthly cost limit is reached.

6. Data sharing

Mari does not sell user data. Data may be processed through Google, Firebase, and reCAPTCHA services needed for hosting, security and backup, or disclosed where required by a valid legal request. WhatsApp is an external service governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Retention and deletion

A published listing remains active for 30 days after approval, then expires and is removed from public display according to its state. When account deletion is requested, the account and its listings are hidden immediately and a private record is kept in “Deleted accounts” for 30 days only. Signing in during this period restores the same account. After the period ends, the identity and associated account data are permanently deleted; only a non-identifying technical completion receipt or data required by a valid legal demand may remain.

8. Cookies and local storage

Essential storage keeps language, theme, consent, installable-app operation, and the Firebase session. Mari does not store passwords or separate email-login credentials. Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise is also used as a necessary security measure to verify that requests come from Mari and to limit bots and abuse; Google may process technical risk signals and place a necessary security cookie for this purpose. This protection operates whether you select essential-only or allow analytics.

Mari loads Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly choose “Allow analytics”. When allowed, Google may process the page path without search terms or form data, device and browser type, approximate region, and page views. We do not send phone numbers, free-form listing text, precise location, or account identifiers to analytics, and advertising and personalization signals are disabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are created only after acceptance and are configured to expire within 60 days. You may withdraw consent at any time; Mari then deletes analytics cookies it can access on this domain. Learn how Google uses data when you use its partners’ sites. 9. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, Firebase rules, App Check, identity verification, request limits, and audit records. No online service is completely risk-free, so controls are reviewed and updated continuously.

10. Your choices

You can edit account and listing data, block or unblock a seller, and request account deletion directly from Account in the app or platform. The product explains the 30-day restoration period before confirmation; signing in during it cancels the request and restores the same account. Only the root administrator can access the temporary record during that period. Data corrections may be requested through the official support channel.

11. Policy updates

This policy may change when services such as payments or store apps are added. The update date will be shown, with appropriate notice for material changes.
